General Guidelines
Punctuality & Pick-Up
Parents are expected to ensure that students arrive on time for class and are personally picked up promptly after class.
Annual Registration Fee
An annual registration fee of $165 is due at the beginning of each calendar year. This includes:
$100 Annual Function Contribution
$50 Music Fees
$15 Rehearsal Snack Fees
Monthly Tuition
Tuition is $100 per month, payable by the 5th of each month, regardless of attendance. Regular attendance is strongly encouraged, as non-attendance disrupts the progress of the entire class.
Make-Up Classes
Make-up classes may be offered at alternate locations at no additional cost.
Vacation Policy
One month of vacation with non-payment may be taken with prior discussion and approval from the teacher.
Health & Dietary Information
Parents are required to inform the teacher at the time of registration of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions pertaining to the student.
Student Practice Requirement
All students are expected to dedicate 40–60 minutes of self-practice at least 4–5 days a week, depending on their level. Regular practice is essential for progress and maintaining the standard of the class.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreement or dispute, the decision of the teacher/director will be considered final and binding.
Liability Waiver
By enrolling at iGurukul Odissi & Yoga Inc. (hereafter referred to as “IGO”), I hereby release and hold harmless IGO and its directors, owners, teachers, staff, employees, volunteers, students, and associates from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in classes, rehearsals, workshops, intensives, performances, or any activities associated with IGO.
This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, property damage, loss of services, or any costs/expenses (including attorney fees) incurred as a result of participation at IGO or use of IGO equipment and facilities.
